The first step is to determine the traits common in your preferred prospective client. Is your typical client a mid sized insurance or mortgage company, or a smaller independently owned restaurant or auto repair shop? What other industries do you service? Do you look for a specific revenue range? Do you prefer established businesses, or do you have more success with businesses just starting out? Privately owned or corporate? The more we know, the better the results.
This custom targeted lead strategy is the foundation for each successful campaign. Each group of leads are fresh (not recycled) and are researched with your predetermined criteria in mind. At this point we don't yet know if they are interested, but we do know they are "in a position" based on the qualifying information you provided. Determining those interested (and in a position) will come later!
Exactly How are you building this List of "Targeted Leads"?
Mining data from corporations and privately owned businesses is fairly simple, but it's not easy. We focus on three areas: the company website, the company Facebook page, and the contact person's LinkedIn page. We also research the company's google news history to gather info like newspaper spotlight articles used to help break the ice in the initial contact.
Keep in mind: this is labor intensive research. Our team employs every trick available to maximize productivity, but it still comes down to several online research hours per client per month to facilitate our proven system.
This research feature separates us from all of the other lead suppliers on the market. All leads are targeted and recent. Companies nowadays deal with a fair amount of turnover. And independently owned businesses change hands more often than most people realize. Because the lead information is gathered just prior to the start of the email marketing campaign, email open rates routinely exceed industry standards and undeliverables are very low.
A High Volume of Targeted Leads is Great, but What We Really Need are More Quality Leads
Our system starts with a large volume of targeted leads. However, the end goal is to strategically sift through and identify the small percentage of prospects embedded in the list who are qualified and also interested in finding out more about your product or service
Phase Two: Uncovering the Folks that will Ultimately Become your Client
Here is where the magic happens! Phase Two starts with a professionally written "teaser" email designed to spark curiosity and encourage the recipient to take an action step to learn more. These initial emails are sent at predetermined times of the day and week when email open rates are statistically the highest, to maximize results.
Obviously one single email will not be enough to uncover all of the potential future clients embedded in the list. It will uncover some, but more is needed to uncover the additional interested prospects.
The beauty of modern day email marketing software is the ability to see the action step the email recipient took after receiving the initial email!

Statistics Don't Lie
We know this entire process comes down to a numbers game. We know our initial email should achieve an open rate above 40% if we properly gather the leads as instructed. We also know that, at each step along the way, there will be individuals who demonstrate a strong interest by opening our email multiple times.
Ultimately we are funneling this process down to a 2% to 5% response rate, meaning that 2% to 5% of the individuals who receive our series of emails will at some point proactively respond with a request to find out more about the product or service being offered. Results from there vary, but you can expect to close at least one out of every three people who make it this far.

How Much?
This service doesn't work for everyone. We will need to find out more about your specific business to verify if it's a good fit for you. We don't accept clients we know from experience are unlikely to achieve results because of the nature of their business.
As far as pricing goes, it's not inexpensive, but certainly less than what most expect based on the value we provide. The leads service itself is a flat $1.00 per lead. Our leads service consists of 100 qualified leads per week, which is the number we have found is large enough to achieve meaningful results, and is also manageable enough for us to deliver without issues. Officially it's a guaranteed 400 leads per month billed on a monthly basis.
Phase two is the email marketing campaign we manage. This add on service is a flat $250 per month. Some folks have the ability to conduct their own email marketing campaign, and thus will opt out of this part of the service. However, unless you are well versed in setting up and managing an effective email marketing campaign, it is highly recommended you opt in for this. Included is a weekly report listing the prospects who opened the same email more than one time.

We know how difficult it can be to maintain a constant stream of sales prospects who are both interested and in a position to benefit from the product or service you offer. We also realize you may have tried a similar service in the past that didn't produce the results you were promised.

After his most recent highly successful partnership with Amazon and now living the good life in North Central Florida, Jim realized he misses the relationships he built while helping others achieve their business goals.
